Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:

The item must be unused

It should be returned in the original packaging with invoice

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is damaged due to customer handling

The product is used, installed, or altered

The return request is raised after 3 days

Packaging, labels, or invoice is missing
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or defective products.

Once approved, we will ship the replacement within 5–7 working days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
