Return & Exchange Policy

At Varcas Automobiles, we aim to deliver genuine and high-quality EV two-wheeler spare parts. If you face any issues with your order, please read our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • It should be returned in the original packaging with invoice

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The product is used, installed, or altered

  • The return request is raised after 3 days

  • Packaging, labels, or invoice is missing

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or defective products.

  • Once approved, we will ship the replacement within 5–7 working days.

How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Reason for return or exchange

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
